Using the app
Fluenics is a practice tool for learning languages. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or its voices.
Generated content
Drills are written by a language model on request and pronunciation is scored by a speech service. Both can be wrong: a sentence may be unidiomatic, a score may be unfair. Treat them as practice material, not as a reference, and check anything you will rely on.
Your data
Your learning data is stored on your phone and is yours. The privacy page describes the two cases in which part of it is sent to a service provider. You are responsible for keeping your own backups.
No warranty
The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Advection Software LLC is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including lost learning data.
Changes and termination
We may change the app, these terms or the services behind it at any time. If a change matters, this page will say so with a new date. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
